Account & Audit Assistant

Job Description

     
  • To handle full set of accounts include complete the accounts receivables and account payables
  •  
  • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
  •  
  • General office administration works
  •  
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  •  
  • Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
  •  
  • Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory
  •  
  • Assist account manager and any other matters assigned.
  •  
  • To complete assignments with minimum supervision
  •  
  • Work independently with deadline
  •  
  • To liaise with clients as and when necessary to report in audit work status, progress, critical issues and communicate important clients’ matters;
  •  
  • Engage various team members in the identification of client audit risk and generate dialogue surrounding response to identified audit risk.
  •  
  • Liaise with clients in finalizing the audit engagement.
  •  

Job Requirements

Requirements:
     
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting and able to use basic MS office/Excel or equivalent.
  •  
  • Self-motivated
  •  
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  •  
  • Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting are welcome and encouraged to apply
  •  
  • Able to handle full set of account (guidance will be provided)
  •  
  • Internship students are welcome to apply too with training allowance ranging from RM 1,000 - 1,200
  •
