Job Description
- To handle full set of accounts include complete the accounts receivables and account payables
- Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
- General office administration works
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
- Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory
- Assist account manager and any other matters assigned.
- To complete assignments with minimum supervision
- Work independently with deadline
- To liaise with clients as and when necessary to report in audit work status, progress, critical issues and communicate important clients’ matters;
- Engage various team members in the identification of client audit risk and generate dialogue surrounding response to identified audit risk.
- Liaise with clients in finalizing the audit engagement.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting and able to use basic MS office/Excel or equivalent.
- Self-motivated
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Able to handle full set of account (guidance will be provided)
- Internship students are welcome to apply too with training allowance ranging from RM 1,000 - 1,200
