Job Description

To assist in handling day-to-day office administration works including preparing quotations, email corresponding, filing, faxing, photostat and etc.


Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with 1-2 years working experience in administrative duties

 

• Good command in English & Bahasa Malysia

 

• Computer literate 

 

• Independent, initiative and able to work under pressure in a demanding and multitasking environment with minimum supervision

 

• Organized and meticulous in paperwork

 

• Possess good communication skills and good working attitude

 

• Able to work long hours 

 

• Working location: Klang
