Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage daily administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, handling correspondence, and updating records and databases
Act as the liaison between tenants, the operations team, and property owners to ensure smooth communication
Provide general admin support to managers and team members when needed
Assist in preparing reports, permit application forms, and other required documents
Handle expense claims and update records of monthly payment receipts
Perform other general office support duties as required
Data entry for monthly reporting and tracking

What We’re Looking For:
Able to type, read and speak in Mandarin/Chinese and English
Open to SPM holders and fresh grads, candidates with prior admin experience will have an added advantage
Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
Proactive, reliable, and adaptable in solving day-to-day issues
Experience Required: Min 1 Year/s
