Job Description
Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
Prepare invoice, DO, and CN
Assisting with data entry and other clerical duties as required
Answering and directing phone calls and responding to email inquiries
Providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks if required
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years experiences
as an administrative assistant or in a similar clerical role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in
SQL Accounting
Required Skill(s):
Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook
Requires Language (s) :
Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
Available to start work immediately is an advantage
