Admin Executive

Job Description

     
  • Handle general admin tasks like filing, data entry, reporting, and document preparation.
  •  
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
  •  
  • Support day-to-day office operations.
  •  
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  •  
  • Maintain and update office records and files.
  •  
  • Provide support to supervisors and team members when needed.
  •

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Saturday: 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Requirements :

 
     
  • Fresh graduates, or candidates with up to 1 year of administrative experience are welcome to apply.
  •  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  •  
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  •  
  • A basic understanding of accounting is an added advantage.
  •  
  • Must possess own transport.
  •
