Job Description
- Handle general admin tasks like filing, data entry, reporting, and document preparation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Support day-to-day office operations.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain and update office records and files.
- Provide support to supervisors and team members when needed.

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Saturday: 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Requirements :
- Fresh graduates, or candidates with up to 1 year of administrative experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- A basic understanding of accounting is an added advantage.
- Must possess own transport.
