Job Description

     
  • Assist Sales Manager on online leads/email/documentation
  •  
  • Key order/invoices/update customer payment
  •  
  • Key supplier invoices & dealing with supplier purchase
  •  
  • Ensure warehouse keeper pick up stock correctly
  •  
  • Plan stock replenishment 
  •  
  • Arrange daily logistic delivery routes
  •  
  • Maintain accurate database of customer and prospect information 
  •  
  • Ad-hoc task instruct by Sales Manager
  •  

Job Requirements

Requirements:
     
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma
  •  
  • Fluent in Malay/ English
  •  
  • Minimum 1 year of admin experience and experience in handling store management
  •  
Experience Required: Min 1 Year/s
