This role will manage the full scope of customer full set account function.
Some key aspects of the role we are offering you:
- Handle a full set of accounts.
- Oversee daily accounting entries, reconciliation of accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Establish and maintain a fixed asset register, ensuring accurate asset tracking.
- Monitor and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform day-to-day accounting transactions and operations, addressing any backlog as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for accuracy, efficiency, internal controls, cost savings and documentation processes.
- Responsible for preparation of tax fillings and supporting tax audits.
- Track and report on cash flow.
- Support the finance team in the preparation and analysis of budgets and forecasts.
- Analyse cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and improvement.
- Keep posted for the latest information update by the government and liaison with vendors, tax agents, auditors and bankers.
