Job Description
Summary:
Provide a complete range of company secretarial assistance and administrative support to Head of Corporate Secretarial Services Department for all entities established within Singapore and Malaysia such as company incorporation, corporate exercise, restructuring, acquisitions, disposals takeovers, listings, investigations, striking-off procedures, liquidations and any others relevant corporate secretarial related matters.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Appointed as Licensed Corporate Secretary for internal company and clients.
- Experienced in lodgement of documents with ACRA Singapore will be an advantageous.
- Provide timely Corporate Secretarial advice and functions.
- Oversee corporate secretarial duties, including:
- Company incorporation
- Annual filing
- Striking-off procedures
- Preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions.
- Share allotment and transfers.
- Amendments to company constitution.
- Ensure timely accurate lodgement and submission of statutory documents to relevant authorities i.e. SSM and ACRA etc.
- Organize and handle clients’ Annual General Meetings.
- Maintain strong client relationships and address inquiries related to Corporate Secretarial matters.
- Manage internal department operations for seamless inter-departmental collaboration.
- Maintain and update statutory document records accurately.
- Oversee and guide subordinates in their job responsibilities.
- Report to management on relevant matters from time to times.
