Job Description

     
  • Lead the design and execution of creative assets for event branding, booths, campaigns, posters, social media, and marketing collaterals from concept to delivery.
  •  
  • Brainstorm and develop creative concepts aligned with project goals and client brand strategies.
  •  
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure design solutions support event objectives and meet production standards.
  •  
  • Produce high‑quality digital and print visuals with consistent brand identity and clear communication of ideas.
  •  
  • Manage multiple design tasks and workflows, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
  •  
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers and support talent when required.
  •  
  • Assist in preparing creative presentations and pitches for internal reviews and client meetings.
  •  
  • Conduct research and gather inspiration to elevate creative work and keep up with industry trends.
  •  
  • Maintain organized project files and technical specifications for production or hand‑off to vendors.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

 
     
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Creative Multimedia, or related field.
  •  
  • Minimum 3–5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a creative, marketing, or event agency environment. 
  •  
 

Technical Skills:

 
     
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
  •  
  • Ability to produce both digital and print design assets with attention to quality and detail.
  •  
  • Experience in preparing files for production (print, fabrication, large format, etc.).
  •  
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or basic video editing is an advantage. 
  •

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative agency setting.
