Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous technical support via telephone and email related to the product.
- Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer's frustrations and solve customer's problems.
- Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve customer's problem.
- Conducting basic probing to determine the next action for any software related to enquiries.
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
- To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

- Excellent English & Mandarin verbal communication skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
- Required language(s): English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Fresh Graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided.
- Fresh Graduates with Cert/Degree/Diploma in IT encourage to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
- Must be willing to work on rotational shifts and off day.
- Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch for rest.
- Must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
