Job Description

Responsibilities:

 
     
  • Provide continuous technical support via telephone and email related to the product.  
  •  
  • Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer's frustrations and solve customer's problems.  
  •  
  • Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve customer's problem.  
  •  
  • Conducting basic probing to determine the next action for any software related to enquiries.  
  •  
  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.  
  •  
  • To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.  
  •  
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

  • Excellent English & Mandarin verbal communication skills.  
  •  
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM.  
  •  
  • Required language(s): English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  •  
  • Fresh Graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided.  
  •  
  • Fresh Graduates with Cert/Degree/Diploma in IT encourage to apply.  
  •  
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.

  • Must be willing to work on rotational shifts and off day.  
  •  
  • Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch for rest.

  • Must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
