Position: Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA) (Open to Junior / Trainee & Senior / Experienced levels)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Remuneration & Benefits

Basic Starting Salary: From RM 2000 (for trainees/no experience) up to RM 3,800+ (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

Assist the dentist efficiently during a wide range of dental procedures.
Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials according to strict hygiene standards.
Ensure comfort and excellent care for patients before, during, and after treatment.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the treatment rooms and clinic environment.
Assist with clinical inventory management and stock checking.

Skills: Highly willing to learn chairside assisting, clinical workflows, and handling dental materials.
Attributes: Proactive, organized, reliable, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Experience: Open to all! Minimum 2+ years of working experience is a plus for senior applicants, but passionate beginners without experience are warmly welcome to apply (training provided).
