Web Development & Optimisation

 

• Assist in updating and optimising websites and landing pages for campaigns and SEO
 

• Support basic HTML and CSS updates when required
 

• Monitor website performance, identify bugs, and troubleshoot issues
 

• Test websites across devices, browsers, and platforms
 

Automation & Technical Support

 

• Assist in building lightweight automations using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, and simple scripts
 

• Support QA checks, reporting processes, and workflow improvements
 

• Handle basic client technical inquiries and follow through on issue resolution
 

Content & UX Support

 

• Support landing page improvements including layout, structure, and call-to-action enhancements
 

• Assist in AIGC content production (ad copies, hooks, landing page drafts, content outlines)
 

• Learn and apply AI tools in SEO, paid ads, and reporting workflows
 

Documentation & System Management

 

• Maintain accurate, organised, and secure digital records
 

• Ensure proper documentation of tasks, updates, and processes
 

Job Requirements

 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
 

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development concepts
 

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written & spoken)
 

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoys problem-solving
 

• Willing to learn, take initiative, and ask questions
 

• Able to commit to the full internship period
