Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive E-commerce Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of our online retail operations. This includes managing TikTok Shop & Live Streams, Shopee, Lazada, and our proprietary app My Lucky Mall. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms and mobile app-based sales channels, preferably from companies that have developed their own platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, third-party partners, and creators to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management
-Oversee daily operations and performance of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and our proprietary app My Lucky Mall.
-Optimize product listings, visuals, and content across all platforms to enhance conversion and user experience.
-Monitor inventory, promotions, order fulfillment, and customer service coordination.
-Coordinate with in-house teams to align product offerings and campaigns across all platforms.
- TikTok & Live Stream Management
-Plan and execute live stream sessions on TikTok with internal talents or third-party creators to boost real-time engagement and sales.
-Track performance metrics of TikTok campaigns and livestreams; analyze data to optimize future strategies.
-Develop creative strategies for TikTok content and product storytelling to build brand presence.
- Own Platform (My Lucky Mall)
-Manage all e-commerce activities within our self-developed platform.
-Collaborate with tech and design teams to improve app user experience and resolve technical issues.
-Drive user acquisition and engagement campaigns tailored for My Lucky Mall users.
-Provide feedback for ongoing app improvement and feature development.
- Strategic & Operational Management
-Liaise with third-party service providers (e.g., logistics, payment gateways).
-Analyze sales and marketing data to identify growth opportunities and optimize ROI.
-Prepare regular reports on platform performance, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes.
-Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain platform relevance.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (5 days a week)

-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms, especially TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or company-developed apps.
-Proven experience in launching or managing mobile applications or proprietary e-commerce platforms.
-Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
-Familiar with livestream strategies, short-form video content, and platform algorithm trends.
-Data-driven mindset with analytical tools proficiency to drive decision-making.
-Willing to travel and participate in marketing events or on-site campaigns when necessary.
