Job Scope / Responsibilities – Beautician / Facial Therapist

1. Facial Treatments & Procedures

Perform all SkinLoft signature facials, including microdermabrasion, extractions, brightening therapies, LumiHydra, acne therapy, and relaxation facials.
Follow strict treatment protocols to ensure consistent results and excellent client experience.
Maintain accurate pre-treatment and post-treatment notes for every client.

2. Customer Consultation & Service

Conduct skin analysis using SkinLoft tools and guide clients through suitable treatment plans.
Explain post-care, contraindications, and treatment frequency with clarity and professionalism.
Uphold the brand’s “Empathetic Elegance” tone in all communication.

3. Product Knowledge & Sales Support

Educate clients on recommended homecare using Kinsley by K products.
Support service-to-product conversions professionally (no hard-selling).

4. Hygiene, Safety & Professional Standards

Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and machines are sanitized according to clinic-grade protocols.
Adhere to safety standards under a doctor-led environment.
Comply with SOPs for inventory, towel management, room turnover, and daily checklists.

5. Teamwork & Daily Operations

Work closely with the operations team to maintain smooth appointment flow.
Assist with reception duties when needed (answer inquiries, schedule appointments, follow up with clients).
Participate in weekly training, role-plays, and performance review sessions.

6. Professional Growth

Attend ongoing upskilling sessions in facial techniques, customer communication, sales psychology, and product mastery.
Represent SkinLoft professionally during events, roadshows, and Skintalk activities.

Job Requirements

 

• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field.
 

• Minimum 1 year experience in facials, extractions, or skincare therapy (fresh graduates with strong practical skills are also encouraged).
 

• Strong understanding of basic skin anatomy, acne care, and facial techniques.
 

• Comfortable performing hands-on treatments and following strict protocols.
 

• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
 

• Pleasant personality, disciplined, punctual, and committed to growth.
 

• Willing to learn advanced techniques under a doctor-led training environment.
 

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (scheduled off-days provided).
 

• Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic.
