Job Description

A family based in Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur is seeking a reliable, safety‑focused, and responsible Family Driver to support daily school transportation and household mobility needs. This is a full‑time position with stable weekday hours and a predictable school‑run schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Daily pick-up and drop-off of primary school children from Hartamas to Kota Damansara.
Morning drop-off
Afternoon pick-up
Friday pick-up at 12:30pm
Ensure safety, comfort, and punctuality for all journeys.
Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition (daily exterior wash/wipe and interior vacuum).
Monitor road tax expiry and send the car for routine servicing.
Drive safely, courteously, and professionally at all times.
Run occasional household errands as instructed.
Remain reachable and on standby during duty hours.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm (with time allocated for Friday prayers)
Off Day: Saturday
Rest Day: Sunday

A flexible midday rest period is provided.

Salary & Allowances

RM 2,500 per month (fixed monthly salary).
Mobile Phone and Outstation Allowance is provided.

Overtime & Extra Work

Weekend and public holiday work is not included in the monthly salary.
If required, it will be arranged in advance.

When not driving, the driver will be stationed at the guard house of the private residence in Hartamas.

Job Requirements

Valid Malaysian driving licence.
Experience driving children and English language is an advantage.
Familiar with Hartamas, Kota Damansara, KL and surrounding routes.
Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
Non‑smoker while on duty; no phone use while driving.
Able to maintain confidentiality and follow household protocols.
