Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth

 

• Handle walk-in and online inquiries
 

• Conduct gym tours and close membership sales
 

• Achieve monthly sales targets (Membership/Personal Training)
 

• Follow up leads via social media and WhatsApp
 

• Reactivate expired members
 

Member Experience

 

• Engage members and build strong relationships
 

• Handle feedback and resolve issues independently
 

• Support member retention initiatives      
 

Operations

 

• Ensure gym cleanliness and equipment safety
 

• Perform routine equipment checks
 

• Attended first level service maintenance to equipment and facilities.
 

• Follow SOP & company policies
 

Job Requirements

 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
 

• Target-driven and self-motivated
 

• Basic computer knowledge
 

• Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays 
   
  
   
  
  • 3 Shift arrangement – 7:00am – 1:00pm, 12:00pm – 7:00pm, 6:00pm – 12:00am
   
  
  • 2 Shift arrangement – 7:00am – 4:00pm, 3:00pm – 12:00am
   
  
   
  
 

• Experience in sales is an advantage (training provided)
