We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Head of Academic (Tuition Units) to lead the academic direction, operational excellence, and strategic growth of our tuition programmes across all branches. This role is ideal for a passionate education leader who is committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences, developing teaching talent, and driving outstanding student achievement.

我们诚聘一位经验丰富、具前瞻视野并以成果为导向的学术总监（补习班单位），全面领导本教育机构各分院补习课程的学术发展、营运卓越及策略成长。此职位适合热爱教育、致力于提供高品质学习体验、培育优秀教师团队并推动学生卓越表现的教育领导者。

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

 

• Academic Leadership & Strategic Planning 学术领导与策略规划
 

• Provide overall academic leadership and strategic direction for tuition
 

• programmes across all branches.
  为各分院补习课程提供整体学术领导与策略方向。
 

• Develop and implement academic policies, curriculum plans, assessment standards, and quality assurance systems aligned with the organisation’s vision.
  制定并执行符合机构愿景的学术政策、课程规划、评估标准及质量保证体系。
 

• Lead curriculum enhancement, programme innovation, and continuous academic improvement initiatives.
  主导课程优化、课程创新及持续学术提升计划。
 

• Promote effective integration of ICT and educational technology into teaching and learning.
  推动资讯科技与教育科技在教学中的有效应用。
 

• Branch Oversight & Operational Excellence 分院管理与营运卓越
 

• Monitor branch performance, student outcomes, and academic KPIs, and implement improvement strategies where necessary.
  监控分院绩效、学生成果及学术关键指标，并制定改善方案。
 

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, operational, and quality requirements.
  确保符合相关法规、营运及质量要求。
 

• Leadership & People Development 领导与人才发展
  Lead, coach, mentor, and develop academic staff and teachers across all branches.
  领导、培训、辅导并发展各分院教师与学术团队。
 

• Foster a positive, collaborative, safe, and high-performing learning culture.
  建立积极、协作、安全且高绩效的学习文化。
 

• Strengthen leadership capabilities within branch teams and support talent development and succession planning.
  提升分院团队领导能力，并推动人才发展与接班规划。
 

• Growth & Stakeholder Engagement 业务发展与合作关系
  Partner with the Marketing team to support student recruitment, retention, and brand positioning initiatives.
  与市场团队合作推动招生、学生留存及品牌建设。
 

• Identify opportunities for new programmes, market expansion, and strategic collaborations.
  发掘新课程、市场拓展及策略合作机会。
 

• Governance & Academic Administration 治理与学术行政
  Lead academic reviews, audits, and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  主导学术审查、审核及质量保证工作，确保符合相关标准。
 

• Prepare academic reports, strategic proposals, and performance analyses for senior management.
  为高层管理层提供学术报告、策略建议及绩效分析。
 

Other Duties 其他职责

 

• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
  执行首席执行官指派的其他职责。
   
 

Job Requirements

Requirements 任职资格/ Qualifications 学历资格

 

• At least with a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  至少拥有教育学、教育领导、幼儿教育或相关领域学士学位。
 

• Qualifications in Education Management, Business Management, or Leadership will be an added advantage.
  具备教育管理、商业管理或领导相关资格者优先考虑。
 

Experience 工作经验

 

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in the education sector, including at least 3 years in an academic leadership or management role.
  具备至少5年教育领域相关经验，其中至少3年学术领导或管理经验。
 

• Experience as a Head of Academic, Academic Director, Principal, Vice Principal, or equivalent leadership position in an international school is highly advantageous.
  曾担任国际学校学术主管、学术总监、校长、副校长或同等领导职位者优先。
 

• Proven experience overseeing multiple education centres, branches, or academic units is strongly preferred.
  有管理多间教育中心、分院或学术单位经验者优先。
 

• Demonstrated success in leading education teams, managing operations, improving teaching quality, and enhancing organisational performance.
  具备成功领导教育团队、管理营运、提升教学质量及组织绩效的良好记录。
 

• Experience in academic excellence initiatives, staff development, student achievement, quality assurance, and strategic growth will be an added advantage.
  曾参与学术卓越计划、教师发展、学生成果提升、质量保证及机构策略成长者更具优势。
 

• Skills & Competencies 技能与能力
  Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
  具备卓越领导、培训及人员管理能力。
 

• Excellent strategic planning, organisational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  具备优秀策略规划、组织协调、分析及决策能力。
 

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  具备良好沟通、人际关系及利益相关者管理能力。
 

• Sound knowledge of curriculum development, assessment practices, and quality assurance systems.
  熟悉课程开发、评估制度及质量保证体系。
 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  熟练使用 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）
 

Language Requirements 语言要求

 

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  良好掌握英语与马来语。
 

• Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking students, parents, and teachers.
  必须具备华语能力，以便有效与华语学生、家长及教师沟通。
