Job Description

 

• Assist in designing event branding materials such as posters, banners, backdrops, stage visuals, flyers, brochures, and digital assets.
 

• Create visual content for social media marketing, promotional campaigns, and event announcements. 
 

• Support creative development for event themes, mood boards, and concept visuals. 
 

• Prepare and adapt designs into multiple formats for print and digital use.
 

• Assist in video and motion graphic content creation for event teasers, highlights, and presentations.
 

• Collaborate with event planners to ensure designs align with client objectives and event direction.
 

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas
 

• Maintain organized design files and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
 

• Assist with basic on-site creative setup when needed (visual placements, LED graphics support, etc.).
 

Job Requirements

 

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
 

• Good knowledge or skills in graphic design, illustration or similar field in design industry.
 

• Willingness to learn and aggressive.
 

• Positive mindset and proactive.
 

• Responsible and high ownership.
 

• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

• Canva
  (Bonus: Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro / CapCut for motion graphics & video editing)
 

• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple design requests.
 

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
 

• Portfolio of past design work is a plus (academic or personal projects accepted).
