As a Junior IT Executive, you will support the IT team in managing and maintaining the company's computer systems, providing technical assistance to users, and assisting in website development and basic AI automation tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining software, website and technical issues.
- Provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

- Collaborate with senior IT staff to understand business requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Support website development activities, including content updates, website maintenance, and basic design tasks.

- Assist in the documentation of IT processes, procedures, and user manuals.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives under the guidance of senior IT personnel.

Job Requirements
