Junior Project Planner

Job Description

     
  • To assist and work together with Project Manager/Coordinator in developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  •  
  • Monitors the inventory of site materials, supplies and equipment, makes purchases for the project materials 
  •  
  • Personal Relations (PR) with Clients - Building Relationship for Smooth Cooperation, Good Follow-up on Matters, Good Attitudes, Praises, Getting Future Jobs. 
  •  
  • Site Control - Fines on Safety, Quality, Measures to ensure Workers & Sub-con Obedience and Discipline 
  •  
  • Care for Company Property - To Conditions of Gondola and Access Equipment, Materials, Tools 
  •  
  • Advertising - Ensure sufficient Banners, Signage’s, Logos, Uniforms are placed to create awareness to clients and public 
  •  
  • Budget / Cost Control - Monitor and Control Workers (KSK), Subcon, Wastage, Materials, Equipment, Petty Cash, Claims 
  •  
  • To ensure projects are executed according to the specifications, schedules and safety requirements.
  •  
  • Perform other related functions as instructed or delegated by your immediate superior or assigned by the Management from time to time. 
  •  
 

 


Job Requirements

Requirements:
     
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture or other related discipline.
  •  
  • At least 2 years working experience in related field.
  •  
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  •  
  • Possess sound knowledge and experience ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  •  
  • Required skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project.
  •  
Experience Required: Min 2 Year/s
