They provide Multi-Level Marketing Solutions, Web Development &amp; Hosting, Software Development and diversified IT Solutions to clients.&nbsp; Position: Korean Speaking Customer Service/ Admin&nbsp; Location: Pavilion @ Damansara Heights KL&nbsp; RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp; Customer Support:&nbsp; <ul>&nbsp; <li>Handle inquiries from Korean-speaking stakeholders and personnel and Malaysian based personnel via phone, email, and chat.</li>&nbsp; <li>Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues.</li>&nbsp; <li>Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and problem resolution.</li>&nbsp; </ul>&nbsp; Administrative Tasks:&nbsp; <ul>&nbsp; <li>Manage office tasks like scheduling, filing, and report preparation.</li>&nbsp; <li>Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining client documentation.</li>&nbsp; <li>Support sales and technical teams with paperwork and data entry.</li>&nbsp; </ul>&nbsp; Translation &amp; Communication:&nbsp; <ul>&nbsp; <li>Translate documents and emails between Korean and English.</li>&nbsp; <li>Act as a translator for meetings or calls with Korean-speaking stakeholders.</li>&nbsp; </ul>&nbsp; Data Management:&nbsp; <ul>&nbsp; <li>Maintain and update client databases.</li>&nbsp; <li>Prepare customer service reports and track client feedback.</li>&nbsp; </ul>
