Our client, a long-standing Japanese company, is known for creating exceptional sauces and condiments. They have gained acclaim for their mastery in producing both traditional and modern Japanese sauces. Their goal is to introduce authentic Japanese flavour's to the Malaysian market, catering to both individual consumers and the foodservice sector.

Position: Client Service Executive/ Sales Merchandiser
Location: Klang, Selangor

Responsibilities:

 

• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
 

• Maintaining client records and also answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
 

• Assist roadshow, event, fair and sampling booth.
 

• Supervise promoter, product training and briefing.
 

• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
 

• Demonstrating ,presenting product and establishing new business.
 

• Working towards monthly or annual targets.
 

• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
 

• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
 

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
 

• Will directly report to the superior.
 

Job Requirements

 

• SPM, Diploma and above.
 

• The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
 

• Self-confidence, Positive attitude , Independent, Willing to learn, Initiative and Punctual.
 

• Good in Presentation skills & Numerical skills.
 

• Good in client relationships ,motivation for sales and willing to travel and outstation.
 

• Computer literate.
 

• Proficiency in English ,BM and able to speak Mandarin 
  
  Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday is off but standby for event)
  
  
 

Remuneration packages:

Basic Salary depending on experience with attractive commission scheme.
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit:  Have medical insurance after confirmation , 12 days Annual Leave (1st year)
Allowance: RM 600 for Transportation , RM600 for Petrol Card and RM70 for Handphone.
