Key Responsibilities:

 
     
  • Act as the front-line representative of the organization
  •  
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  •  
  • Manage administrative duties including scheduling, phone calls, filing, and mail
  •  
  • Prepare payment vouchers and manage office supplies
  •  
  • Perform clerical tasks and support management as needed
  •  

Job Requirements

Requirements:
     
  • SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Admin or Secretarial studies
  •  
  • Minimum 3 years of admin experience
  •  
  • Good communication and phone-handling skills
  •  
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  •  
  • Pleasant personality
  •

Basic salary: RM4,000
