Hair Trainer – Job Summary

Our client, a leader in the beauty industry with over 35 years of experience, is renowned for their advanced skincare and haircare products. They are now seeking a Hair Trainer based in Bukit Bintang, KL, to deliver hands-on training to salon professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Conduct product and technical training on professional haircare treatments.
 

• Train salon staff on consultation, customer service, and upselling techniques.
 

• Develop and update training materials to reflect current trends and new launches.
 

• Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching.
 

• Support Sales and Marketing in identifying training needs.
 

• Represent the brand in salons and industry events.
  
  
 

Job Requirements

 

• Diploma/Degree in Hairdressing or related field; certifications like SKM or City & Guilds are a plus.
 

• 3–5 years’ salon experience, with prior training or mentoring preferred.
 

• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
 

• Proficient in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an advantage.
 

• Willing to travel for training sessions.
 

Package:

 

• Basic Salary: RM4,500–RM6,000
 

• Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Allowance
 

• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
 

• Work Days: 5-day week (Alternate Saturdays only in Nov & Dec)
