Their strong presence in the FMCG sector is supported by an extensive retail network, earning them trust, recognition, and long-standing partnerships with major buyers.&nbsp; They are seeking a results-driven and strategic Head of Sales to lead their commercial operations and drive revenue and profit growth across the health &amp; beauty channel. This leadership role is ideal for someone with deep experience in managing fast-moving, trend sensitive product categories, particularly in the cosmetics and personal care space. You will oversee key accounts, manage the sales team, collaborate with brand principals, and play a pivotal role in expanding our retail presence.&nbsp; Position: Head of Sales&nbsp; Location: Kepong, KL&nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul>&nbsp; <li>Develop and implement sales strategies across skincare, cosmetics, and haircare categories</li>&nbsp; <li>Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, including Key Account Managers and field sales staff</li>&nbsp; <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers (e.g., Watsons, Guardian) to drive account performance</li>&nbsp; <li>Collaborate with brand principals to align on strategy, execution, and brand goals</li>&nbsp; <li>Stay on top of market trends and consumer behaviors to adapt strategies in fast changing product categories</li>&nbsp; <li>Work cross-functionally with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams for seamless commercial execution</li>&nbsp; <li>Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and manage budgets and forecasts</li>&nbsp; <li>Negotiate trading terms, promotional plans, and retail activation strategies</li>&nbsp; <li>Analyze performance data and competitor insights to inform sales and product strategy</li>&nbsp; <li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities and retail partners</li>&nbsp; </ul>
