Our client, a financial services company, is seeking an experienced Offshore Business Manager to lead and expand their offshore business channels across China, Thailand, and the broader ASEAN region. This role requires a proactive individual skilled in coordination, training, and providing support to enhance the client&rsquo;s market presence in these areas. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the client&rsquo;s network of offshore brokers, equipping them with the essential tools, knowledge, and resources to drive success and growth in these key markets.&nbsp; Position : Offshore Trading Marketing Manager&nbsp; Location: KL Midvalley City&nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul>&nbsp; <li>Broker Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for offshore brokers in China, Thailand, and ASEAN countries. Coordinate daily activities, address broker inquiries, and maintain consistent communication to support business objectives.</li>&nbsp; <li>Broker Training &amp; Development: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for brokers to enhance their knowledge of our products, services, and the regulatory landscape. Ensure brokers are well-equipped to deliver quality advisory services.</li>&nbsp; <li>Business Support: Provide ongoing support to offshore brokers, including guidance on client management, problem resolution, and alignment with company goals and standards. Collaborate to resolve any issues promptly to maintain strong broker relations.</li>&nbsp; <li>Market Analysis &amp; Strategy: Monitor market trends and competitor activities within China, Thailand, and ASEAN. Recommend strategies for enhancing our business operations and adapting to regional market dynamics.</li>&nbsp; <li>Compliance &amp; Regulatory Awareness: Ensure all offshore brokers are compliant with both local regulations and Singaporean standards. Educate and advise brokers on regulatory updates that may impact their work.</li>&nbsp; <li>Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams in Singapore, such as compliance, distribution, and business development, to align offshore activities with the company&rsquo;s objectives.</li>&nbsp; </ul>
