Our Client was established in 1985 and is a leading wholesaler & retailer in Malaysia specializing in HP Printers and Canon Imaging Solutions. Their emphasis is on distributing, selling, servicing, trade-in and renting of advanced multi-functional digital networking imaging and document management systems.
Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounting Supervisor with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing documentation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and reconciliation statements.
- Assist in monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
- Help with maintaining accurate financial records and organizing documentation for audits.
- Input and manage data in accounting systems accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all records are up-to-date and comply with company policies
- Serve as a liaison between the Accounting Supervisor and internal teams or external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other departments for account-related matters.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Accounting Supervisor.
- Conduct research and provide data analysis as required.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Order and manage office supplies as needed for the accounting team.
