Our Client is incorporated in 2007. The company has transformed more than 1000 doctors in digital operations and business advisory. They provide clinic business advisory, practice management & digital clinic transformation which private practices equip on top of professional clinical skills. Their clienteles are located throughout Malaysia and across Southeast Asia countries such as Indonesia and Singapore.

Position: Sales and Marketing Executive/ Senior
Location: Bandar Puchong Jaya , Selangor (Lrt Ioi Puchong Jaya 15min walk by, Free open area parking 10 minute walk by)

Responsibilities:

 

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
 

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
 

• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
 

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
 

• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
 

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
 

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
 

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team
 

• Report to the Sales and Marketing Manager
 

Job Requirements

 

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (mininum one year)
 

• Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
 

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
 

• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
 

• Fast learner and passion for sales
 

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
 

• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
 

• Must have own transport
 

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM 6,000 - RM12,000 Based on experience and qualification + Commissions
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit:
Allowance: Travelling allowance
Working Days: Mon - Friday (5 days)
