Job Summary: Showroom Executive (Event Space & Product Display)
Location: Pavilion Damansara Heights

 

Our client, a well-established office automation solutions provider with over 25 years of experience, is seeking a Showroom Executive to manage its showroom and event space.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 
     
  • Oversee daily showroom operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
  •  
  • Manage event and showroom bookings, including coordination and follow-up.
  •  
  • Attend business networking events (e.g., BNI), occasionally during early mornings.
  •  
  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors and support the sales team with coordination.
  •  
  • Handle customer inquiries, administrative tasks, and basic reporting.
  •  
  • Maintain product knowledge and support showroom/event-related sales efforts.
  •  

Job Requirements

Requirements:
     
  • Well-groomed, confident, and able to work independently.
  •  
  • Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  •  
  • Prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred.
  •  
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings.
  •  
 


Remuneration:

 

Basic salary: RM3,800 – RM4,500
Commission-based incentives
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Working Hours:

 

Mon–Fri: ; Saturday- Half-day
Work week: 5.5 days

Experience Required: Min 2 Year/s
