This role involves strategizing, creating, and executing campaigns to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth. The Social Media Manager will also lead influencer collaborations, oversee paid social media campaigns, and identify opportunities to propel brand growth across multiple platforms.&nbsp; Position: Social Media Manager&nbsp; Location: Off Jalan Klang Lama, KL&nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp; Social Media Strategy &amp; Execution:&nbsp; ● Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversion goals.&nbsp; ● Manage and optimize social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.) to align with client objectives.&nbsp; Content Creation &amp; Management:&nbsp; ● Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, engaging, and platform-specific content, including videos, graphics, and articles.&nbsp; ● Oversee the production of creative assets to ensure alignment with target audience preferences.&nbsp; Influencer Marketing:&nbsp; ● Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers across Asia to amplify brand messaging.&nbsp; ● Monitor influencer performance and generate detailed analytics reports.&nbsp; Campaign Management:&nbsp; ● Plan and execute paid social media campaigns with a focus on achieving ROI.&nbsp; ● Leverage tools and insights to monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, optimizing strategies as needed.&nbsp; Engagement &amp; Community Management:&nbsp; ● Foster meaningful interactions with online communities, promptly addressing comments and inquiries.&nbsp; ● Develop strategies to grow and nurture follower communities.&nbsp; Collaborative Work:&nbsp; ● Work closely with Creative Production and Media Planning teams to ensure alignment between content and campaigns.&nbsp; ● Collaborate with event teams for on-ground activations that complement digital initiatives.
