Our client, an independent interior design and consultancy firm in Kuala Lumpur, brings over 50 years of combined expertise in interior design, architecture, and project management. They prioritize delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget while ensuring excellent after-sales service.

Role: Finance Manager
Location: Kepong, KL

Responsibilities:

 

• Oversee full financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
 

• Develop and implement financial strategies for business growth.
 

• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and financial regulations.
 

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
 

• Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
 

• Establish internal controls and policies to enhance efficiency.
 

• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions.
 

• Oversee payroll processing and compliance with labour laws.
 

• Lead and support the finance team’s professional development.
 

• Assist in project costing, pricing strategies, and financial planning.
 

Salary: RM10,000 – RM13,000 + benefits (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, bonus, allowances)
Working Days: Monday – Friday

Job Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
 

• ACCA, CPA, or CIMA certification preferred.
 

• MIA membership required.
 

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
 

• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, and Malaysian tax laws.
 

• Experience in interior design, construction, or consultancy is a plus.
 

• Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
 

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
