The role is based in Johor Bahru with nationwide coverage, managing the entire BD process from lead generation to project handover.&nbsp; Key Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul>&nbsp; <li>Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the company&rsquo;s presence in Malaysia</li>&nbsp; <li>Identify and secure residential and commercial projects nationwide</li>&nbsp; <li>Liaise between Johor office and Singapore HQ; report to Managing Director</li>&nbsp; <li>Build strong networks with property developers, contractors, agencies, and clients</li>&nbsp; <li>Represent the brand at industry events and networking platforms</li>&nbsp; <li>Collaborate with project/design teams for smooth handovers and delivery</li>&nbsp; <li>Conduct market research and prepare proposals, close deals, and support onboarding</li>&nbsp; <li>Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline and performance</li>&nbsp; </ul>
