Job Description

     
  1. Attend customer general inquiries related to the company's services
  2.  
  3. Follow up the conversation, instant messaging within schedule
  4.  
  5. Performing the online scalp consultation and recommending products and services
  6.  
  7. Collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  8.  
  9. Supporting promotional activities, road shows, exhibitions, health seminars, talk
  10.  
  11. Executing, updating and recording matters related to new outlets/ outlet details
  12.  
  13. Support outlets on POS system utilization and management
  14.  
  15. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, feedback/complaints
  16.  
  17. Servicing accounts of whole Malaysia outlets
  18.  
  19. Outlets visit begore or during event, ensure smooth operations towards SOP
  20.  
 

 


Job Requirements

Requirements:
     
  1. At least 1 years working experience in related field or customer service
  2.  
  3. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Literacy in Mandarin will be an added advanta
  4.  
  5. Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and customer service skills
  6.  
  7. Willing to travel often for outlet visit
  8.  
  9. Good interpersonal skills, initiative, creative and innovative
  10.  
Experience Required: Min 1 Year/s
