We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Assistant to support the smooth execution of business operations within a growing professional services firm. Key Responsibilities:

 

Operations & Workflow Management

 
     
  • Maintain and update internal job management systems

  • Monitor outstanding tasks and identify bottlenecks or delays

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

  • Improve workflow visibility and accountability across teams

Project & Coordination Support

 
     
  • Assist in managing internal projects, timelines, and deliverables

  • Track progress and ensure alignment with business priorities

  • Support cross-functional coordination and communication

Calendar & Meeting Management

 
     
  • Manage leadership calendars and scheduling priorities

  • Organise structured and effective internal meetings

  • Prepare meeting agendas and track follow-up actions

Process Improvement & Systems Support

 
     
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and systems
  •  
  • Support implementation of new tools, workflows, and improvements

Administrative & Operational Support

 
     
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to management
  •  
  • Support documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks as required
