We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to support the CEO in both professional and personal matters. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a fast-paced schedule, communicate clearly with internal teams, and represent the CEO with professionalism at all times.

 

 

 

*Key Responsibilities*

 

Daily Schedule Management:* Plan, organize, and update the CEO’s daily schedule, ensuring smooth coordination of all appointments and commitments.
Team Coordination:* Liaise with internal departments and team members to align schedules, confirm meetings, and ensure timely communication.
Travel Arrangements:* Manage all travel-related matters including booking flights, accommodations, ground transport, and preparing itineraries.
Guest Handling:* Accompany or host the CEO’s guests visiting Penang, ensuring a warm and professional experience while representing the CEO.
Personal & Daily Life Coordination:* Assist with personal errands, lifestyle arrangements, and daily logistics as needed.
Household Staff Coordination:* Communicate with and instruct household staff/maid to ensure smooth household operations.
Documentation & Administration:* Prepare documents, handle basic administrative tasks, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Problem-Solving:* Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively, and ensure the CEO’s day runs efficiently.


Job Requirements

Requirements:

*Requirements*
Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (and Mandarin is an advantage).
Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Willing to work flexible hours when required.
Possess a valid driving license (advantage).
Experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant is preferred but not compulsory.
