The job incumbent is required to perform diversified confidential secretarial duties and provide general administrative support and assistance to the director, ensuring all aspects of the director's office are organized efficiently and effectively.
Proactive in doing research for all topics discussed.
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff & clients.
Monitor deliverables and make sure all HODs provide an update timely to the Directors
Prepare minutes of meetings and any secretarial work which includes quotation comparison,
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, etc.
Organize traveling plans and itinerary of the Director and make necessary booking arrangements.
Handle and organize corporate events, as well as preparing the speech for events.
Perform any such comparable duties consistent with the level of this position and as required by the Director from time to time and shall respond positively to any ‘call-in’ work and perform additional working hours when required.
To assist the Director in their personal arrangements and matters.
Undertake any ad hoc assignment task given by Directors.

Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree
Minimum 1 years working experience as Personal Assistant
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
Emotional Intelligence and a good listener
Ability to execute to according to company’s principles
Coachable and willing to learn
Able to work well independently and as part of a team
Willing to travel either local or overseas
Excellent verbal and written English, Bahasa and Mandarin as communication skills
Work location to be based either Cheras or Old Klang Road areas.
