Our client is a well-established one-stop solution provider for interior design, offering end-to-end design and build services for commercial spaces. Their comprehensive approach covers everything from strategic planning and design consultancy to project management and fit-out construction. This enables them to maintain tight control over costs, timelines, and quality, delivering exceptional results.

Position : Project Manager

Location: Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor

Responsibilities:

 

• Lead and manage multiple interior design projects from concept to completion.
 

• Supervise project sites, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
 

• Prepare and complete all necessary project documentation, including forms and reports.
 

• Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed time frame and meet quality expectations.
 

• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
 

Job Requirements

 

• At least minimum 5-8 years in construction project management specializing in Interior Design for Commercial Office Fit-out projects.
 

• Fluent in Microsoft Project software.
 

• Conduct and lead site meetings, liaising effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
 

• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
 

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
 

• Exhibit initiative, continuous learning, and a proactive attitude.
 

• Possess excellent organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM RM6000 - RM7000k ( Got Commission range estimate to 18k per year )
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit: monthly bonding event, yearly overseas trip
Allowance: rm500 – phone and petrol
Working Days: Monday to Friday (If need to work on weekend, have to work. Depend on site arrangement. Work full Sunday have replacement 1 day or pay overtime)
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm
