Job descriptionResponsibilities
• To formulate procurement objectives and goals to ensure every goods and services purchased are of highest quality, lowest cost and shortest delivery schedule. 
• To ensure smooth implementation of purchasing activities from requisition; invitation to bid; supplier evaluation and selection; award of purchase order to delivery of goods and services. 
• To monitor and planning real estate development projects through liaising with authorities and agencies.
• To prepare project cash flow and related administrative matters.
• To counter check goods and services delivered are of correct specifications, quantity and quality standards. 
• To evaluate and monitoring of supplier’s performance.
• All purchasing records are properly documented and stored.

 

 


Job Requirements

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering; Building; Quantity Surveying; Planning; Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in procurement environment.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
