Job Highlights / Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate and government sectors to drive company growth.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, to deal closure—ensuring alignment with company goals and sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and strategic partners.
- Expand local enterprise business by working with government entities and agencies to identify sales opportunities, offering end-to-end solutions such as infrastructure, consulting, and strategic planning services.
- Develop a high-level understanding of local market demands, government policies, and business ecosystem to support sales strategies.
- Effectively coordinate and manage full-cycle business processes for key accounts and strategic projects.
- Prepare and execute personal sales plans, while collaborating with internal departments to mobilize resources and ensure successful business delivery.
- Foster positive, long-term interactions with senior management of clients and partners to ensure strategic satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform other ad hoc duties or assignments as instructed by the Management.
- Adhere to all company policies and instructions, provided they are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on role-related changes or reassignments as notified by the Management of Radical Internetwork Sdn Bhd.
