Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve annual sales targets (individual goals).
• Conduct market research to align strategies with market needs and trends.
• Maintain, expand, and update the client database, including identifying new potential clients.
• Plan and execute marketing activities to attract new clients and enhance engagement with existing corporate accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (doctors, operations, finance) on the development of proposals and quotations.
Client Engagement and Site Visits
• Promote the company’s services to patients, corporate clients, TPAs, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, NGOs, community leaders, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Serve as the primary contact for referral sources, strengthening relationships to increase business opportunities.
• Conduct visits to existing and potential clients at their locations to foster relationships and secure business opportunities.
• Lead presentations on services for corporate clients, TPAs, NGOs, and other prospective partners.
• Conduct industry research to analyze pricing, market trends, and promotional strategies.
Marketing Materials and Campaigns
• Oversee the development of marketing materials, coordinating with designers or external partners.
• Finalize and distribute promotional content in both print and digital formats.
• Monitor and report on the success of marketing campaigns on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Organize events, sponsorships, and outreach programs to increase brand awareness.
• Create content and advertising strategies for various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
Client Feedback and Service Improvement
• Conduct client surveys to gather valuable feedback and recommend service improvements.
• Share survey findings with relevant teams and implement action plans based on feedback.
• Identify new development opportunities and adjust services to meet market demands.
Customer Support and Liaison
• Act as a liaison between clients, clinics, and the corporate office to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, adhering to policy guidelines.
Operational Coordination
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings with operations and clinical teams to refine marketing plans.
• Manage quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and ensure timely collections.
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, or a relevant professional certification such as CIM.
• Atleast two years Experience in Medical /Wellness field
• Familiarity with developing and executing end-to-end marketing plans.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Detail-oriented and mature, with excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• A team player with exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic about learning and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
• Must have own transportation and be willing to travel to meet existing and potential clients at their sites.
