Job Title: Senior Corporate Secretarial  资深企业秘书

 


Responsibilities and Duties

 
     
  • To support Singapore compliance secretarial team’s in handling the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including incorporation, strike‑off, and preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions for routine and ad‑hoc matterswhich relevant to secretarial jobs task.
  •  
  • To back-up Malaysia compliance secretarial team’s when it has been assigned.
  •  
  • Lead the onboarding of new clients in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  •  
  • Providing advice on compliance requirements and ensure client’s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  •  
  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) requirements, and internal standards
  •  
  • Lodge returns and documents with ACRA 
  •  
  • Maintaining proper statutory records
  •  
  • Maintaining proper corporate secretarial database
  •  
  • Perform customer due diligence according to relevant Acts and Regulations
  •  
  • Undertake other corporate or ad-hoc assignments as required
  •  
  • To support Singapore compliance secretarial team’s which relevant to secretarial jobs task.
  •  
  • To back-up Malaysia compliance secretarial team’s when it has been assigned.
  •  
  • Generate and prepare documents and forms required for company’s portfolio of clients.
  •  
  • Ensure statutory books are in order and updated for company’s portfolio of clients.

  • Experience in handling a portfolio of clients across diverse industries

Qualifications & Experiences

 
     
  •  3 to 5 years of relevant and related CS work experience.
  •  
  • Possess Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, Diploma in Commerce/Law or other relevant disciplines. 
  •  
  • ICSA qualification is a plus.
  •  
  • Experienced in using BizFile+ will be an advantageous.
  •  
  • Knowledge of in the Companies Act 2016, corporate governance practices, and other statutory requirements.
  •  
  • Knowledge of Secretarial software, MYCOID, MBRS, MYDATA, e-Info is preferable. 
  •  
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  •  
  • Possess positive attitude and responsible.
  •  
  • Mature thinking and service oriented.
  •  
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skill.
  •  
  • Meticulous, organized, detailed and deadline-oriented.
  •  
  • On-the Job Training will be provided.
  •  
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Mandarin. Mandarin speaker as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients. (mainly customers are from China Mainland Market)
