Job Description
Oversee day-to-day park operations and team performance.
Lead departments including customer service, safety, maintenance, and events.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and service standards are consistently met.
Manage staffing, scheduling, SOPs, and operational workflows.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations.
Handle budgeting and operational reporting.
Respond to customer feedback and plan seasonal events/promotions.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Experienced in theme park, F&B, hotel, or entertainment operations.
Strong leadership, organization, and customer service focus.
Able to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
Basic knowledge of safety, maintenance, and event operations.
Proficiency in English/ Bahasa is required
; Mandarin is a plus.
Experienced in staff hiring and team development.
Experience Required: Min 3 Year/s
