Job Description

     
  • Oversee day-to-day park operations and team performance.
  •  
  • Lead departments including customer service, safety, maintenance, and events.
  •  
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and service standards are consistently met.
  •  
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, SOPs, and operational workflows.
  •  
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations.
  •  
  • Handle budgeting and operational reporting.
  •  
  • Respond to customer feedback and plan seasonal events/promotions.
  •  

Job Requirements

Requirements:
     
  • Experienced in theme park, F&B, hotel, or entertainment operations.
  •  
  • Strong leadership, organization, and customer service focus.
  •  
  • Able to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
  •  
  • Basic knowledge of safety, maintenance, and event operations.
  •  
  • Proficiency in English/ Bahasa is required; Mandarin is a plus.
  •  
  • Experienced in staff hiring and team development.
  •  
Experience Required: Min 3 Year/s
