Job Description
- Monitor Surveillance: Continuously observe security cameras footage and alarms systems, promptly investigating and responding to any unusual or unauthorized activities.
- Alarm system: Ensure all of the outlets armed after operation hour. Promptly respond and assist the staff outlets in the event of alarm triggering or alarm inquiries.
- To use the CCTV system, integrate with alarm system to help detect and deter crime and provide high quality evidence to allow enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute offenders.
- Emergency Response: Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents promptly and appropriately, taking necessary actions to resolve or mitigate the situation
- Conduct on-site outlet inspections involves ensuring compliance with security, surveillance, health and safety standards, and SOPs.
- Conduct a site visit on security equipment functionality and procedure
- Report Writing: Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports, documenting all security-related activities.
- Ensure that all incidents are reported and responded correctly and incident reports completed where required.
- To ensure that all monitoring system, or server issues within the CCTV department are addressed in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Provide training to new hires and develop a customized training program for each employee based on their job responsibilities.
- Support the continual development of working practise and maintain an excellent knowledge of all sites.
- Prepare reports and regularly updates to Head of Department.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Requirements:- Diploma & above
- Must be able to communicate (read and write) in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Candidate with security, law enforcement, retail experience or a related field is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Willing to work outstation
- Possess own transport
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Experience in technical systems and excellent verbal communication skills
- Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality at all times
- Have the IT skills and the ability to understand and use varied CCTV systems and platforms is an added advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving skills and able to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines
