Job Description
- Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs and interests.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, including features, warranties, and pricing.
- Guide customers through the used vehicle selection and purchasing process.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options in accordance with dealership policies.
- Submit loan application for customer
- Follow up with potential and past customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the dealership’s reputation.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Job Requirements
