Job Summary:

We are seeking a personable and attentive waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the club. The Club Waiter will take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to all club patrons, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
Serving: Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring the correct orders are delivered to the right guests.
Menu Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of the menu, including specials and promotions, and be able to make recommendations.
Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and the overall dining space.
Handling Payments: Process guest bills accurately, handle cash or card payments, and ensure proper billing.
Complaint Resolution: Address any guest concerns or complaints politely and escalate issues to the manager when necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with other staff, including bartenders, chefs, and management, to ensure smooth operations.
Stock Management: Monitor and restock service supplies, such as napkins, utensils, and condiments.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
A professional and well-groomed appearance.
Basic math skills for handling payments.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
