We are not your typical, sluggish creative agency. Jobtepi is an innovative tech startup creating a decentralized content distribution network. We collaborate with both US and global DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and FMCG brands to generate high-converting User-Generated Content (UGC) and ensure millions of views by distributing it through our exclusive network of over 2,000 clippers.

The Role
Forget about fetching coffee or organizing spreadsheets no one will ever read. As a Marketing & Business Intern at Jobtepi, you will be operating at the intersection of client success and network expansion. You will be hands-on in managing the lifeblood of our startup: ensuring our campaigns deliver massive ROI for our brands while helping scale our network of 2,000+ clippers.
Your work will directly impact our bottom line. You will collaborate closely with our Founders and Operations Leads to launch campaigns, analyze performance data, and identify new growth channels in the fast-paced DTC landscape.
What You Will Actually Do
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in launching and managing high-volume UGC campaigns, ensuring seamless communication between our US/Global clients and our decentralized clipper network.
- Performance Analysis: Dive into the data. Track daily metrics (CPA, CPM, conversion rates, and reach) to determine which campaigns are winning and why, and present actionable insights to the team.
- Outreach & Growth: Support outbound lead generation. Help identify, research, and draft pitches for prospective DTC and FMCG brands that need our content distribution engine.
- Network Management: Assist in onboarding, managing, and optimizing our grid of clippers to ensure high retention and maximum content output.
- Market Intelligence: Keep a relentless pulse on e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and viral marketing tactics to keep Jobtepi ahead of the curve.
Your Profile (Who We Are Looking For)
- Analytical yet Creative: You understand that a great marketing campaign requires both a killer hook and solid unit economics. You can read a spreadsheet just as well as you can read consumer behavior.
- The Hustler Mentality: We need rapid execution over corporate bureaucracy. You understand the importance of moving fast, testing constantly, and pivoting when the data tells you to.
- Tech & AI Curious: You are comfortable learning new CRM platforms, analytics dashboards, and leveraging AI tools (for market research, copywriting, or data sorting) to 10x your daily output.
- Driven & Resourceful: You excel in a fast-paced startup atmosphere. You don’t wait for detailed instructions; you take initiative to solve problems and chase down answers.
