Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a passion for uncovering actionable insights from complex datasets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights when needed.
• Analyze data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Assist with customer inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team in processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, and assist with administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• SPM or Diploma in Data Analytics or a related field.
• Intern / part timers are welcome to apply.
• Preferred experience in dealing with a large amount of data.
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
• Detail oriented and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
