Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting daily human resource operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This role ensures smooth HR processes while supporting company policies and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases using ATS system.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain and update employee records and all relevant documents, ensure documents are well organized.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour laws.
• Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Support performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
• Assist in adhoc tasks when required.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle sensitive candidate information with the utmost care
• Capable of managing multiple recruitment projects
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Able to join immediately will be an advantage. 
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
