<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p>

<li>Schedule appointments and meetings for clients and the Director to facilitate effective communication and engagement.</li>
<li>To ensure administrative reports and documentations are complete, accurate and up-to-date at all times</li>
<li>Prepare reports, presentations and proposals with accuracy and timeliness.</li>
<li>Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, and delivery of services.</li>
<li>Coordinate and support online and offline campaigns, event and workshop (social media posting and event coordination).</li>
<li>Perform other ad-hoc tasks and project support as assigned by the Director.</li>
