Lead the automation of marketing workflows and digital systems to enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and drive data-informed growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage marketing automation workflows across CRM, email, and customer touchpoints to improve efficiency and boost conversions.
• Implement and integrate digital tools (e.g., CRM platforms, email systems, automation apps) to support seamless data flow and process optimization.
• Execute and refine campaigns, monitor performance, and apply insights to continuously improve results.
• Enhance customer journeys by automating lifecycle stages and delivering timely, personalized experiences.
• Stay up to date with tools and trends, recommending new strategies and solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Preferably at least 2 years with relevant hands-on automation experience.
• Proficiency in CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms.
• Analytical and data-savvy, with the ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to build, maintain, and improve workflow systems.
• Collaborative and curious mindset, with excellent communication skills and a passion for smart, scalable systems.
• Good flairs in English. Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
